“O.Y.M.” Youth Training ​

 

O.Y.M. Youth Training allows kids to train two or three days per week for a low monthly fee and they are able to train throughout the year to maximize results. Through our Youth Training program, kids improve not only their overall Fitness and Athleticism, but also their self-esteem.The Youth Training Program incorporates Speed Training and “Body”-Weight Strength Training. This program uses exciting modalities like Resistance Bands, Partner Body Weight Exercises, Ladder Exercises, Resisted Running, and Plyometrics to improve youth fitness.

EVALUATION

 Every athlete begins our program with a mandatory evaluation. This is used to assess current ability, identify strengths and weaknesses, and group athletes accordingly. Using the information from the evaluation, each athlete will be placed in the appropriate training program that is designed to fit their needs. This program will be some combination of Speed, Strength, Flexibility and Nutrition Training.
