REGISTRATION FORMS ARE TO BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND SIGNED BY A LEGAL PARENT OR GUARDIAN ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE START OF TRAINING. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS ONSITE WHICH MAY INCLUDE SIGNING ADDITIONAL FORMS.

Q: Does On Your Mark offer group sessions?
A: If you would like to have On Your Mark Athletics come to YOUR location with at least 20 people to sign-up, then please call or email us and someone will contact you within 48hrs.
Q: What if I miss a session?
A: If you miss one of your scheduled sessions, you may only make up those missed days within the scheduled 8 weeks class that you signed up for... there are no "carry-overs" into another class.
Q: What will I need to bring to training?
A: Hydration; preferably water, sports drinks are acceptable. NO RED DYE, CARBONATED OR CAFFEINATED DRINKS.
Q: What do I need to wear?
A: All participants are required to wear work-out gear i.e. t-shirt, comfortable shorts or sweat pants and appropriate tennis shoe. Depending on training location, both cleats and tennis shoes may be required (please call for clarity).
